Description
Selected to participate in the spring 2024 Citadel Invitation Datathon. Worked in a team to conduct an analysis on the relationship between county-level dependence on the oil/gas industry and various socioeconomic outcomes. Implemented a Generalized Estimation Equations (GEE) model to distinguish a reation between patterns of oil income and long-term county-level income growth. Found a relationship between certian public opinion questions and county-level oil/gas industry dependence after accounting for political partisanship.
